The role
As a Patient Care Agent, you shape the experience of women using our digital therapies every day. You accompany them throughout their individual treatment journey, listen to their concerns, answer questions, and support them in integrating their therapy into their daily lives as seamlessly as possible. Every conversation helps us better understand the needs, challenges, and experiences of our patients. You will actively bring these insights into the collaboration with our Medical, Product, and Operations teams, helping us continuously improve our care model and advance women's healthcare.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for patients with questions about our digital therapies and care pathways
- Manage patient inquiries via email, phone, chat, and other communication channels
- Support patients in navigating our applications, services, and processes
- Identify and resolve issues with a high degree of empathy, ownership, and service orientation
- Collaborate closely with medical, operational, and technical teams to address complex patient needs
- Contribute to the development and optimization of internal Patient Care processes and standards
- Document and analyze recurring patient feedback to continuously improve the patient experience and our care offerings
Skills and values
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Nursing, Health Sciences, Public Health, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in customer service, patient support, care coordination, or a comparable patient-facing role
- Must have: Fluent German and good English language skills
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for working with people
- Strong empathy and the ability to provide professional support in sensitive situations
- A structured, proactive, and self-driven way of working
- Confidence using digital tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Interest in digital health solutions and innovative models of care
- Strong team spirit, accountability, and a commitment to high-quality patient experiences
