Medical Sales Representative for Digital Women's Health

The role

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will actively shape access to this new form of care. You will introduce physicians to modern, digital therapy and pioneer work in a previously underserved medical field. In doing so, you will not only contribute to the dissemination of innovative solutions but also bring about lasting change in patient care.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Building and developing long-term relationships with physicians and medical facilities, with a focus on the sustained use of our digital health applications (DiGA)

  • Communicating the specific benefits of our DiGA and empowering users to apply them in their daily practice

  • Conducting product demonstrations, providing guidance on prescribing, and offering support for implementation in daily practice

  • Actively representing our company at trade events, conferences, and within relevant networks

  • Monitoring the market and identifying new opportunities within the sales territory

  • Working closely with the marketing and product teams to further develop digital solutions

Skills and values

  • Completed professional training or a degree in a medical, pharmaceutical, scientific, or business-related field

  • Preference is given to candidates with experience in field sales or sales, ideally in the healthcare or digital health sector

  • Strong affinity for digital solutions and innovative care concepts

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a confident demeanor

  • Independent, structured work style and strong self-motivation

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

  • Class B driver’s license

  •  German language proficiency at minimum C1/C2 level 

  • Optional: Experience in operating and setting up CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
